How it started

It wasn't supposed to be a store. The first piece was a simple keychain made as a birthday gift for a friend. They asked where they could buy another one for their sister, and when they were told it was handmade in a small room in Deobhog, the idea sparked. Just one more, we thought.

The first few months were chaotic. We didn't know how to photograph yarn so it looked like its real color. We didn't understand shipping zones. Our very first out-of-state order got crushed in transit because we packed it in a flimsy envelope instead of a hard box. We learned the hard way that making the product was only half the job.

"We never wanted a factory. We wanted a room where the work happens and people can see it."

Today, things are steadier but the core hasn't changed. We are three people. We have shipped over two thousand orders. Every single one is still made only after the order is placed, in the same room where the first keychain was knitted. The reach grew, but the scale stayed human.

2021

The first keychain

A single piece made as a gift. The reaction to it is the reason this exists at all.

2022

The first ten orders

All shipped from the same room, packed by hand, written thank-you notes included in each parcel.

Two more pairs of hands

The workshop grew from one person to three. Still one room. Still made to order.

A proper website, after years of taking orders through Instagram DMs one message at a time.

We don't stock. We make.

Nothing ships until you order it. That means a few extra days sometimes — and it means nothing sits in a warehouse going out of style.

One person checks every piece.

Before anything is packed, someone in the room looks at it and asks: would I send this to a friend? If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.

Mistakes get fixed, not argued about.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us. We'll make it right — replacement or refund, no interrogation, no fine print.

We show the process, not just the product.

Most of our orders get recorded while they're made. If you want proof this is real, it's on our Instagram, not just our word.
